Gifting your vouchers
Each gift voucher can be redeemed against one BikenBrunchExperience (or equivalent) or an e-bike hire but cannot be exchanged for cash.
All Gift Certificates are sent by e-mail. They are valid for the whole 2025 season. All Gift Vouchers are Non Refundable.
Unless otherwise stated we will email Gift Certificates direct to you. If you want us to email direct to your gift recipient you must make sure to use THEIR email address AND include any message in the additional notes section when booking.
The min age in the UK to cycle an e-bike is age 14.
Redeeming gift vouchers
Redeeming gift vouchers is simple. Just visit our bookings pages and enter the unique gift voucher code at checkout. Gift vouchers can be redeemed as full or as part payment for an experience or hire.
All vouchers are valid for at least 6 months*, which gives plenty of time to plan adventures.
All vouchers are valid for the 2025 season*, which gives plenty of time to plan adventures.
*All gift vouchers purchased during Nov and Dec for Xmas 2024 will be redeemable until 31 October 2025.
