A glorious circular coastal route through the Keyhaven Nature Reserve to Lymington and back along the Solent Way sea wall. Catch a ferry (seasonal) to historic Hurst Castle if you fancy a detour along the way. There are masses of perfect picnic spots along this jaunt; otherwise you can take a foodie pit stop at the start or finish at the Gun Inn, in Keyhaven or cycle down to the excellent Lighthouse seaside bar and restaurant at the Keyhaven end of Hurst Spit.
Our favourites: Sway Tower & Milford on Sea Circular
New Forest on the doorstep
4 -5 hours | 17 miles
A rural circular jaunt from Keyhaven, taking in Sway Tower in the New Forest. Back in time for supper at Milford eateries, The Lazy Lion or The Lighthouse.
Our favourites: 'The Big 3 New Forest Safari'
The ultimate New Forest Safari

Worth taking the extra time out for, this fabulous 24 mile round trip cycle to the renowned Filly Inn at Brockenhurst, taking in the 'Big Three' -: the stunning Solent coastline, the New Forest lanes and tracks, and Quayside shopping in Lymington. You'll cover a jaw dropping distance with all the fun and absolutely none of the sweat or muscle ache! Brilliant for a full day or half day cycle, with plenty of scenery and refreshment stops on route.
