Our favourites: Coastal loop

A glorious coastal route through the Lymington-Keyhaven Nature Reserve and along the Solent coast to Lymington. Catch a ferry (seasonal) to historic Hurst Castle if you fancy a detour along the way. There are masses of perfect picnic spots along this jaunt; otherwise you can grab a coffee in Lymington midway or take a foodie pit stop at the start or finish at the Gun Inn or cycle down to the excellent Lighthouse seaside bar and restaurant at the Milford on Sea end of Hurst Spit. Ideal for a half day bike hire.
Coastal loop
A lovely coastal ride from Keyhaven (SO41 0TH) to Lymington. Check out 'The Gun Inn' in Keyhaven and 'The Haven' bar and restaurant along the route or grab a coffee on Lymington Quay.
