Q: Is the cycle ride difficult?

A: No, the route is gentle, flat and fully e-bike assisted. It is 15 miles in total over the course of the day.

Q: Is kayaking suitable for beginners?

A: Yes, the session takes place on calm, sheltered waters and you will have be provided with a full safety briefing and equipment.

Q: Can we kayak together?

A: Yes, when booking you can select either single kayaks or to share a double

Q: Do we get wet?

A: Possibly a little, dress for the activity and weather and maybe bring a change of clothes .

Q: Is this guided?

A: All cycling and kayaking is self-guided

A: Yes, there are changing facilities and safe storage at kayak HQ

A: Yes, you will have time to explore the abundant eateries in Lymington for lunch after your kayaking and before you head back to e-bike HQ in Keyhaven
